Logos for Sponsors:

• Adobe Illustrator EPS file converted to outlines in black and color (for print and signage)
• GIF or JPEG file, no larger than 160 x 75 pixels, resolution 72 dpi (for website)

Logos for Program Guide Exhibitor Listings (Standard Upgrade):

• Adobe Illustrator EPS file converted to outlines in black

Logos for Virtual Booth (Premium Upgrades and Sponsors):

• GIF or JPEG file, no larger than 160x75 pixels, resolution 72 dpi (for website)
• Exhibitor to upload logo when adding company information to virtual booth

Label Files: "Your Company Name_color" (Example: ASTD_black.eps)

Deadline: December 13, 2010 for all logos in the Program Guide. Sponsors should submit their logo by November 12, 2010 for the January T+D magazine issue. No other file types will be accepted. Refer to your sponsorship contract for other deadlines.
